Plot Summary

On Mid-Autumn night, General Yuwen Hongce is ambushed and goes into hiding to uncover military corruption. That same night, Wen Dingyi loses her family to false treason charges and disguises herself as a male executioner’s apprentice. Eight years later, their paths cross when Hongce saves her life.
