Plot Summary

2021, 31 years after World War III: bionics genius Filicia Epstein arrives in Sabano and Sergent Mutou is ordered to protect her. Searching for her only brother, Lyon, Filicia encounters 1019, a cybernoid, who directs them to the phantom city, OZ, a shelter created by Lyon.
